Not all of us were fortunate enough to attend the recent Salone di Mobile in Milan, however, we were reliably informed by our Italian colleagues that the head-line material for furniture and interior spaces was laquered glass.
I am pleased to inform you therefore, that Saint-Gobain Glass has extended its range of colour-lacquered glasses, SGG PLANILAQUE EVOLUTION, with five new colours: Opera Red, Solar Yellow, Aqua Blue, Mint Green and Light Grey. They represent a marked change in direction from the existing range of subtler tones: pure Extra-White, Almond Green, Light Blue, Ivory and Black.
Intended for interior surfaces, the SGG PLANILAQUE EVOLUTION range can discreetly complement interior schemes or constitute a design feature in their own right. Manufactured in maximum dimensions of 3.2 x 2.4 metres, we rigorously control the uniformity of colour - enabling large areas of flush, homogeneously coloured internal wall cladding. As a standardised range stocked in the UK, it should also benefit the turnaround of SGG PLANILAQUE EVOLUTION in final processed form.
Thanks to the durability of the lacquer, the aesthetics of SGG PLANILAQUE EVOLUTION are long-lasting. In interiors, the initial quality of finish does not fail, as the lacquer is UV-stable and is highly resistant to damp, humid environments. For large or small scale use, in commercial, resisdential or retail locations, SGG PLANILAQUE EVOLUTION gives surfaces the lustrous and perfectly smooth finish only glass can create.
